Woodvale Place Apartments is owned and managed by LCOA, and is located in the heart of Lafayette, just off of Johnston street, at 411 Woodvale Avenue. There is also an alternate entrance off of Doucet Road, directly across from Red Lerille’s Health and Racket club.

 

This gated community is a multifamily housing complex comprised of 176 spacious one and two bedroom units. Each of which is all electric with large rooms and lots of closet space. The galley style kitchens sport a large pantry, lots of counter space, and are equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal. Many of the apartments have been repainted and recently updated with new flooring, moldings, light fixtures, appliances, and ceiling fans. The renovations are truly extraordinary giving the units a warm and inviting feeling.

Our rents are very affordable, with some rental assistance available, and include water, sewage, garbage pickup, pest control, basic cable, 24 hour on-site maintenance, and access to all of the amenities on the grounds.
