Belle Rose Gardens is a planned apartment community especially designed for senior citizens, 60 years of age or older, to age in place.

 

Each of the 60-units in the complex is ground level with two bedrooms and two large adaptable baths. The main attraction of this facility is the design, which is adapted to meet the needs of senior citizens with: grab bars in bathrooms, two bedrooms with large closets, a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and washer/dryer hookups. Each apartment is carpeted in the living room and bedrooms.

 

This beautiful property is accentuated with well maintained grounds, lush flower beds, fruit trees, and a truly peaceful environment.  A large gazebo in the rear courtyard is enhanced with a BBQ grill, perfect for gatherings. Each apartment has a front porch and a covered rear patio, which are ideal for socializing.

The Carencro Senior Center is located in the central office and has the following activities Monday through Friday: computers, arts and crafts, bingo, art class, pokeno, exercise equipment, and classes, WII games, card games and other activities. If you are age 60 or older, it’s time to have some fun!!!!!
