Transportation services are provided for health care appointments, therapy sessions, dialysis, group trips to restaurants and approved time-permitting trips; such as: banking, light grocery shopping and other necessities.

 

The vehicles used are 8-10 passenger vans that are wheelchair accessible. Vans used for this service are equipped with 2-way radios for dispatch and emergency communications.

 

Transportation services are furnished Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
